I am Delia, and Deliàde was born from a part of me that has always been with me: the desire to create, to take care of details, and to transform something simple into something special.
As a child, my parents gave me a small kit for making beaded jewelry. I still remember that curiosity and that desire to experiment. I didn’t know then that, many years later, that passion would become a project of my very own.
Over time, I earned a degree in Educational Sciences, a path that made me understand even more deeply how important attention, care, and small details are—values I have always believed in. I believe that it is precisely the little things that add value to the moments of our daily lives: a gesture, a color, a memory, an object chosen with care.
And it is with this same sensitivity that I craft every Deliàde creation.
When I choose a material, pair a color, a stone, a ceramic, or a crystal, I am not simply thinking about creating an accessory. I think about how that piece of jewelry will accompany a person, what emotion it might give them, and that small detail capable of making them feel beautiful, unique, and like themselves.
I love working with materials that tell the story of my land, such as Caltagirone ceramics, and letting myself be inspired by the colors, the light, and the beauty of Sicily. Every piece is handcrafted with patience and attention, because for me, care is not just a gesture: it is an integral part of what I create.
